Miss Tallulah's Solstice dress is ready! She also has hair, now, thanks to the 50% off post-Halloween clearance sale where I scored a bargain-priced wig. Also new boots. Though they aren't new, just my cast-off boots that weren't good enough to donate. Stay tuned for the full effect!
