Cullen Carroll Broome
I don't know how long I will feel that it's necessary to publicly acknowledge the death of my dear brother Cullen. Eventually May 14th will become a day of private reflection, I'm just not sure when. I remain grateful to have known him, honored to have loved and been loved by him, and sad that he is no longer with us.

I can't even imagine what it would be like to lose one of my siblings. My heart goes out to you and your family. *Hugs*
Lisa, I hope losing a sibling is a heartache you know only when you are very, very old, and all of you have lived a full and rich life.
I work at Southern Cross in Norcross, GA and we have a garden dedicated to your brother. May he rest in peace.
I have been to that garden twice. With my sister Martine and Cullen's widow, Pam. There are lilacs planted there from my home in South Dakota.
Thank you for commenting. May I ask how you came across my blog?
