Downstairs

The main room in the basement has recently been rendered much more civilized. While there is more to be done, for instance, Reid's future bedroom closet door is leaning up against the wall behind the table holding the lamp and boom box. All I need to do is buy some fancy barn door type hardware to hang it. And then actually get around to hanging it.

While I enjoy the minimalist look of the empty frames, eventually they will be filled with a family photos project. And the covered object under the table is the pink flamingo table that will be unveiled once in its proper space, hopefully sometime this summer.

With so many projects you'd think I wouldn't require the distraction of a jigsaw puzzle. But I do. Only the best households have a space for one in progress at all times. And we do strive to be one.
