Asking For a Friend

How many hair washings are required to remove the lingering stench from spending an evening in a cigar bar? Or perhaps shampoo won't accomplish this miracle? Tomato juice? Vinegar? Give up and shave your head? I'm willing to give almost anything a shot at this point.
