Here I am in South Dakota. And it's December. My Christmas lights are up outside. The metal pink flamingos in the front yard are wearing their tiny Santa hats. And I can hear a lawnmower running. This is seriously weird.
Darling, having lived in South Dakota for as long as we have, isn't this sort of thing *exactly* what we have come to expect? :P Here's to hoping that you and yours are staying warm tonight. I barely managed to get Christmas lights outside when the snow started sticking to the ground...boo.
