Coffee or Cocktail?

You know what this is. You may very well have one in your living room or family room. Heck, you might have a wicker one out on the porch or patio. So what I'm wondering is, what do they call it in furniture stores in Utah? Can Mormons have them in their houses? Maybe they refer to it as the hot cocoa table? The lemonade table? Perhaps the herbal tea table? I'd say water table but that's already a thing. Discuss.

In my experience with Brookings, SD Mormons, it was more about moderation than anything else. Caffeine, especially, was acceptable, as long as it wasn't in excess. My ex-inlaws certainly didn't have anything against the occasional cuppa tea or soda.

This is all much less interesting than you'd hoped, I'm sure.

Haha! So happy you dropped by to discuss!

I am personally acquainted with two people who were raised Mormon. I think they probably represent pretty extreme ends of the spectrum of people who have left the Mormon church. In fact, I may need to blog about them!

What started as sort of a smartass query will now be elevated to a true religious contemplation.

Thanks, Andrea!
