This is my dear sister, Miss Pamela Jean. It is her birthday today, but we shall mention nary a number. As a true Southern Belle, she is elegant and ageless. I thank my brother, Cullen, nearly every day for having had the sense to marry her. He made us sisters, our hearts made us friends. And as any fool could tell you, a friend is a precious gift. Cake seems to be in order, or, at the very least, a cookie.

Cake, cookies, ice cream and CHOCOLATE! Do not attempt to cook the ice cream with the wine. ONLY use it in the cake and cookies.
